Thank you so much for helping me, Brandon. Your expertise and legal advice was priceless.
Zacc Sayer focuses exclusively on domestic cases and works on all aspects of family law. He has extensive experience in high-conflict custody cases, significant net-worth divorces, complicated post-divorce disputes such as enforcing and/or modifying court orders, guardianships, conservatorships, retirement division, and contested Protective Order proceedings. Zacc was named to the Utah Legal Elite after spending many years acquiring a reputation as an expert and high-level advocate in these areas of family law.
Zacc takes a unique, client-centered approach to family law. He understands his clients’ backgrounds, needs, and goals; educates them as to relevant law and policy; and cultivates a team-like, collaborative approach to problem solving. This approach empowers clients to make informed decisions and fearlessly navigate the legal process. Zacc thrives when representing clients in the Courtroom, using his knowledge and experience to thoroughly present his case to the Court while concurrently guiding clients through difficult legal proceedings.
Outside of domestic cases, Zacc has experience in prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, public lands issues, appeals before the Utah Court of Appeals and/or Utah Supreme Court, workers compensation, defamation, and the rights of disposition of remains after death. Zacc is a 2015 graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. During law school, he was sent to a national moot court competition where he and his teammate were awarded the competition’s highest honor for their legal writing, analysis, and written arguments.
When he’s not practicing law, Zacc enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding in the Wasatch backcountry, climbing local sport and trad routes, playing soccer, and taking surf trips.
